We are in the process of changing our name, so the new name is on the Lakeview Medical Dental Building sign: "Seattle Women's Health & Research."
Please Note: The NE 45 th street viaduct will be closed for construction from mid-June to mid-September of 2010. The below routes are designed to circumvent this closure.
From the North via I-5 southbound
- Take exit 172 toward NE 80 th St.
- Turn left at NE 80 th St.
- Take the first right onto Banner Way NE
- Continue onto NE 75 th St.
- Turn right at 35 th Ave NE
- Travel about 1.5 miles, past the cemetery
- Slight right at NE 45 th Pl.
- Turn right into one of the two parking lots at the Lakeview Medical Dental Building. We are on the ground floor in Suite #100.
From the South via I-5 northbound
- Take exit 168B, to 520 E towards Bellevue/Kirkland.
- After less than 1 mile, take the Montlake Blvd exit toward the University of Washington.
- Merge onto E Lake Washington Blvd.
- Turn left at Montlake Blvd. E
- Travel about 1.5 miles
- Follow Montlake as it turns to the right and becomes NE 45 th St.
- Continue on NE 45 th Street past University Village to the 5-way intersection. There are two left turn lanes – choose the one on the right.
- Take a soft left onto NE 45 th Place (in front of Baskin Robbins).
- Take an immediate left into one of the two parking lots at the Lakeview Medical Dental Building. We are on the ground floor in Suite #100.
From the East via 520 westbound
- Take the Montlake Blvd North exit.
- Merge onto Montlake Blvd. E.
- Follow Montlake Blvd. as it curves to the east, merge onto NE 45 th Street.
- Continue on NE 45 th Street past University Village to the 5-way intersection. There are two left turn lanes – choose the one on the right.
- Take a soft left onto NE 45 th Place (in front of Baskin Robbins).
- Take an immediate left into one of the two parking lots at the Lakeview Medical Dental Building. We are on the ground floor in Suite #100.
Via Seattle Metro Transit
- Plan your trip at http://metro.kingcounty.gov/
- Bus routes 25, 65, and 75 all have stops within one block of our building.

You may qualify if you are a healthy, sexually active, aged 18 to 45, and seeking contraception options
