1.    Take I-5 to the 45th Street exit

2.    Turn East onto NE 45th St.

3.    Continue on 45th past the University of Washington, down hill to the street light, turn left

4.    Continue on 45th, past University Village on your left, to the stoplight.

5.    Take the soft left onto NE 45th Place (Between Lakeview Medical Dental building and Baskin Robbins.)

6.    Turn left into first driveway on left

1.    Take the Montlake Blvd NORTH exit

2.    Merge onto Montlake Blvd E.

3.    Montlake Blvd becomes NE 45th St. as you stay to the right

4.    Continue on NE 45th St. past University Village to the stoplight

5.    Take soft left onto NE 45th Place (Between Lakeview Medical Dental building and Baskin Robbins.)

6.    Turn left into first driveway on left

Heading South on I-5

1.    Take the 80TH/85TH St exit

2.    Follow 80th St

3.    Merge into right lane as 80th crosses back over I-5, and follow road to the right

4.    Road curves around, and turns into 75th St.

5.   Stay on 75th St until you get to 35th St, about 30 blocks

6.    Take a right on 35th.  Follow 35th about 25 blocks until you see the Lakeview Medical Dental Building on your right, across the street from Baskin Robbins

7.    Turn into 2nd driveway on the right

Heading North on I-5

1.    Take 520 exit to Montlake Blvd

2.    Take a left onto Montlake Blvd

3.    Montlake Blvd becomes NE 45th St. as you stay to the right

4.    Continue on NE 45th St. past University Village to the stoplight

5.    Take soft left onto NE 45th Place (Between Lakeview Medical Dental building and Baskin Robbins.)

6.    Turn left into first driveway on left
